We are an interior design and interior architecture studio based in West Sussex, working across the UK. From a single room to a complete property renovation, we can take a project from concept to completion — coordinating the design and executing it through the best craftsmen, contractors and manufacturers, through to procurement, deliveries, installation and final handover. Alongside the studio, we develop property ourselves where we acquire sites, take them through planning and build them out. That hands-on experience gives us a practical understanding of what it takes to deliver a project properly — from planning and construction to budgets, programmes, specifications and contractor management. It means our designs are grounded in how properties are actually built, not just how they look on paper. We understand the decisions, sequencing and detail required to turn a design into a finished property and that knowledge informs every project we undertake.

Interior Architecture

For large or complex renovations. We produce all our CAD drawings in house, so plans, elevations, lighting and electrical layouts and joinery details arrive as one coherent set that every tradesman can work from.

This is the service for reconfiguring an existing footprint — and for the more interesting problems: upholstered walls, secret doors, a staircase that needs to move.

Interior Design

We work closely with you to understand how you actually live, then produce full schemes - colour, fabrics, furniture, lighting and finishes and see them through to installation.

Turnkey & Overseas Owners

For clients who want the whole thing dealt with, and for owners who are not in the country. We design, furnish and equip the house completely, receive every delivery, manage every trade, and hand it over ready to live in — down to the spoons in the drawer.

We furnished and finished a four-bedroom house in Chichester for an owner living in Abu Dhabi.

All our drawings are produced in-house, giving every project one coherent design language from concept through to construction. Your builder, electrician, joiner and other trades are working from the same information, with the detail properly resolved before work begins.

We understand what happens on site

We don't just design properties — we develop them too. Through our own property projects, we have taken sites through planning, construction, utilities and compliance. We understand the realities of budgets, sequencing, specifications and contractor management, and bring that practical knowledge to every project we design.

Independent, and on your side

We work with trusted contractors and craftsmen, but remain independent of the build. We brief the team, coordinate the work, inspect what's being delivered and make sure the finished result reflects the design — giving you an experienced pair of eyes on your behalf.
